سياسة الاستبدال :
يحق للمستهلك استبدال او استرجاع المنتج خلال ١٤ يوم من تاريخ الشراء إذا وجدت به عيبا من عيوب الصناعة او كان غير مطابق للمواصفات أو الشكل المطلوب .
غير مسموح باستبدال او إسترجاع المنتجات التالية ( الملابس الداخلية . الفوط . الكمامات )
ملاحظات :
فى حالة رغبة العميل باسترجاع أو استبدال منتج ما فالعميل هو المتحمل لمصاريف الشحن .
أما فى حالة أن كان الخطأ من الشركة بإرسال منتج خطأ فالشركة تقوم بتحمل مصاريف الشحن .
شروط الاستبدال او الاسترجاع :
١. وجود عيب صناعة فى المنتج او تلف المنتج .
٢. ترفق الفاتورة الأصليه .
٣. ان يكون المنتج بحالته ولم يتم استخدامه ومغلف .
٤. وجود جميع الملحقات المرفقة بالمنتج .
تستطيع طلب الاستبدال او الاسترجاع من خلال حسابك على الموقع .
