1. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
Customers may request a return or replacement within 14 days of the purchase date if:
- The product is found to have a manufacturing defect.
- The received item does not match the agreed specifications, model, or appearance.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be strictly met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
- All original product accessories and packaging components must be included.
- The original purchase invoice must be attached with the return request.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective upon receipt:
- Underwear
- Towels
- Face masks
Products purchased during promotions or sale periods are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective due to a manufacturing issue.
3. Return & Exchange Procedure
To request a return or replacement, please log in to your account on our website and submit a request through the Orders section. All requests will be reviewed by our team in accordance with this policy.
4. Shipping Responsibility
If the return or exchange is initiated at the customer’s discretion, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.
If the return or exchange is due to a Cottolight error—such as shipping the wrong or defective item—Cottolight will cover the full return shipping costs.
5. Important Notes
All return and replacement requests are subject to review and approval by our quality assurance department. Cottolight reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with the stated conditions.
