Delivery Policy
At Cottolight, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery experience. Please read the following information to understand how and when your order will reach you.
1. Business Days & Order Processing
Our official business days are Sunday through Thursday.
Orders are not processed, fulfilled, or delivered on Fridays, Saturdays, national holidays, or public holidays, as these are designated non-working days for both Cottolight and our delivery partners.
Orders placed outside of business hours or on non-working days will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time may vary based on your geographic location and product availability. Estimated timeframes and shipping costs for standard deliveries are as follows:

These timeframes are estimates and commence from the shipping date, not the order placement date. Orders containing multiple items may be delivered in separate shipments.
For custom or made-to-order items, delivery timelines are based on individual production lead times noted on each product page.
3. Urgent Orders
If you require expedited processing or delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team before placing your order. While we cannot guarantee express fulfillment in all cases, we will make every effort to accommodate urgent requests.
4. Delivery Procedure & Signature Policy
All orders are delivered by trusted third-party carriers. Delivery is made to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Upon delivery, a signature is required on a copy of the invoice as confirmation of receipt. If someone other than the named recipient signs for the delivery at the registered address, it will be considered valid proof of delivery.
5. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available at the delivery address during the carrier’s visit:
- Our team will attempt delivery one additional time.
- If the second attempt is unsuccessful, you will need to contact Customer Service to reschedule.
- Cottolight is not responsible for delays exceeding 7 days after the first delivery attempt. Orders that remain undeliverable beyond this period may be subject to cancellation.
6. Custom Orders & Special Handling
Orders containing custom-made items or products that require special preparation will be fulfilled according to the production timeline stated on the respective product page. Delivery will occur after completion of production, and you will be notified once the item is ready to ship.
